Great colorGood color, however, the shampoo and conditioner provided wasn't enough to cover my extremely long thick hair. The dying process left my hair rough dry and coarse feeling. Great color, hate the processI had problems with Step 2 of the coloring process. After the color was in my hair for 30 minutes, the instructions said to mix the remaining color with water and dump over my head in the shower. The color in the bottle starts to dry after 30 minutes, so the water wouldn't mix very well. I put it on my head anyway and the goopy mess that slopped out of the bottle splattered everywhere and the fumes were so noxious, I almost passed out. After rinsing and shampooing and conditioning my hair, I then had to spend the next 15 minutes scrubbing my shower and tub with Ajax to get the haircolor stains out. I have never had to do a step like this with any other haircolor, why is this necessary? It is for this reason alone that I will not be purchasing this product again. Glanzvolle FarbeAls ich das erste Mal bestellt habe war meine Erwartung gar nicht so hoch. Als ich es zum ersten Mal ausprobiert habe war ich mehr als überrascht. Es ist leicht anzuwenden, mit einem glanzvollen super Ergebnis. Die tolle Beratung und unkomplizierte Bearbeitung sowie die Leichtigkeit des Auftrages sind Dinge, die einem ein gutes Gefühl geben. Die Coloristen sind toll und gehen auf jeden Wunsch ein und das Farbergebnis ist einfach traumhaft. Ich habe gefunden, wonach ich immer gesucht habe.
