Please credit the account that was debited for this transaction and notify me when credit is complete. Also, please do not send any further orders as I am not satisfied with the product and its cost. Better than store boughtI've been using this product for 4 years now, and still love it. They have many new products available now, which makes it easy to change things up. I have always had excellent customer service and advice. It is more expensive than store bought, but I am happy to pay the extra because the quality is better, and it is still much cheaper than going to a salon. colorYou do a really nice job designing the colors, but I would have to say that the product itself does not cover the gray/silver good enough and it fades away too soon. My next order will need to have maybe a stronger level base to lift out the golden tones, also. I'm probably not using the correct terminology. 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. First Time Coloring My Own Hair - Hair Color Was OkayI would give my experience a 7 or 8 out of 10. I loved the customer service and the application itself was easy to follow. I wish my color was a little more red like I wanted or that the color had taken to my hair a little better. I am not sure if the color not taking was my hair itself (I waited the appropriate time before moving onto next steps), since even when I go to a salon I have to wait extra time for color to take OR if the color not taking was user error since I have never self-dyed my hair and I may not have saturated as much as I thought I did. I also feel that the root color was too different from the ends color. I do plan to give this box another try in the near future and hopefully the next color will be a little more to my vision.
