FatalPara empezar tres meses para que llegue el pedido despues de reclamar en mas de 2 ocaciones!!! Y en cuanto a calidad delnproducto demasiado amoniaco y la cobertura pesima!!! HORRIBLE!The first order didn't adequately cover my gray and left my ends very dark. My second order, which I have yet to receive, was supposed to be better. However, eSalon chooses to bulk ship leaving it up to USPS to sort packages then deliver during the busiest time of year! I changed my delivery date to 12/13 thinking I'd get it within a week so I could color my hair before the holiday. Well, guess what? My order was sitting in San Diego USPS for 5 days and won't arrive until late 12/23. So I get to color my hair on CHRISTMAS EVE!!! What was Customer Services response? I could pay an additional $5 for priority shipping! Now why on earth should I need to use Priority Shipping to ship a product from LA to San Diego? Did eSalon offer any sort of compensation? No!!!!!!!! Buh Bye, eSalon!!! BTW, I doubt that this review will be posted. That's OK, I'll find other places to post this review. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Lovely productI get so many comments on my hair colour and using the product is simple. Großartig!Heute kam mein eSalon Set. Die Verpackung war sehr schön, alles wurde personalisiert bedruckt und ordentlich eingepackt. Die Anleitung war sehr einfach zu verstehen und das Farbergebnis spricht für sich.
