Excellent, natural colori have been a client of esalon.com for many, many years and have gone through numerous changes...i like this product, i like the way my hair feels after coloring, i like the outcome...what i don't like is that there is no option to either "pause" orders (there used to be) or even cancel...as i am now older, i want my grey to come through, but apparently esalon now traps you into a lifelong commitment, perhaps even intending to send product after death...customers have a right to easily leave subscriptions...esalon does not seem to think so 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Quite pleased!I am very impressed with the quality and results of my hair color. The color turned out well and the condition of my hair is excellent. Just what I wanted, bright and natural looking.! I will probably aim to go a little lighter in the future but I am quite happy with it right now. The only problems I encountered was having difficulty squeezing the color onto my hair ( will try the bowl method next time) and having a shipment leak on me. I did receive a new color kit without question which I really appreciate.
