die perfekt Farbe für michnoch nie habe ich Haarfarbe in irgendwelchen Supermärkten gekauft, da ich selber das Friseurhandwerk gelernt hab, viele Salonprodukte habe ich ausprobiert, aber die Harrfarbe vom e Salon toppt wirklich alles, so Farbstabil wie diese Farbe, das is echt heftig. I absolutely LOVE eSalon!I absolutely LOVE my hair color! I love the whole kit, actually. Can’t get it rightMy color has been wrong since day 1. I uploaded the color (pic from FB) and the name that I obtained from Facebook and an esalon rep on messenger. I emailed the pic and name as we’ll order 1 wrong, called and emailed again, sent pic and name, again WRONG. 3rd time uploaded and email name and pic and called over 5 times since day 1, STILL WRONG. I’ve asked for a manager 2x still waiting on the 2 calls. There have been at least 5-6 calls and 10 emails, multiple uploads of the color and name. Can get it right and it’s the customers fault. That’s how they make you feel. No apology, no expedited shipment. I used the 2nd color they sent mistake too dark. They have never said why they can’t get me what I want. It didn't cover my roots and the colors don't match...I colored my roots around the beginning of November and the color didn't totally cover my roots and the color that it did deposit, didn't match the rest of my hair....overall, I'm not thrilled with this.
