Disappointed by Esalon!I placed with Esalon, until now 29 orders consisting of 1 bottle of color and 1 bottle of conditioner. For these purchase, my bill was $31.99 which included free shipping. I was then satisfied with the products and with their prices. Suddenly this bill jumped to $40.49! I am disappointed. So, I am cancelling the purchase of the conditioner from this day forward. ComplimentsMy stylist worked with me to adjust my first few colors and made it perfect! I get compliments on it all the time. I was at a salon for a haircut recently and another operator said she loved ty he color my Beautician had done for me. Mine replied, "she does that at home". Perfect shade and coverageI was dubious about choosing a color online and letting someone else tweak it for me, but I needn't have worried. The color was absolutely perfect for me--the most perfect of any color I've ever had outside a salon. I mentioned that I wanted something that would gently blend away grey so that I could eventually grow it out, and my colorist suggested a demi-permanent which provided the perfect amount of coverage.
