Good overallThe color is great. The coverage is great and lasts quite a while in my hair. The smell is horrific. I live in a house, with windows. If I lived in an apartment, with no windows, I couldnt use it. Wish the odor could be toned down a bit. But its really good color so I continue to use it. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Just okayBetter than store bought in the sense that it did not dry my hair out. However, my root area (new growth) turned brassy after only a few days. I was disappointed in this. Great productThe color is great, leaves my hair feeling healthy. The only thing I don't like so much is that once I mix the color and developer it's almost too thick to come out of the bottle. I clip the tip off so it's bigger, but it's still difficult to get it to come out. Towards the end I take the top off and squeeze it out onto my hand and dip my finger in it. Perfect colorUpdate...11/12/19...Gray roots already coming through after only 5 weeks...:( My colorist chose to formulate a color a bit different than what I selected and I say let them do it! The color chosen for me is perfect with my skin and eyebrows. For sure send them at least one photo with your order. My first set came with 2 steps: one for roots and one for ends, which is something I have never seen before. The cape is wonderful...just like the ones at the salon. The gloves fit nice and snug like surgical gloves, unlike the cheap plastic ones that come with the cheap sets. Instructions are super easy to follow. The developer bottle has a removable cap instead of a snip off cap. The root system is super thick (almost to thick at times since I had to shake the bottle hard into the sink after each time I sat it back upright between sections) and stays exactly where you put it. No runs or drips. The ends system has a VERY strong chemical smell so would not want to do this very often. Step 3 of rubbing the leftover product through the hair, even into the scalp, is definitely different as drug store products say specifically not to do that. When all is completed, my hair is super soft, yet I still have my waves, that after cheap color, takes a week of adding curling products and sprays to get back. Great packaging...crappy product. The packaging is fantastic but when it comes to hair care it's what's inside that counts. The dye, shampoo, and conditioner all suck. After the first time using it a ton of my hair fell out. I chalked it up to diet changes at the time but the dye I'm sure didn't help. It was impossible to wash out and left my hair feeling gross and dry. I've given feedback and kept my subscription going hoping for improvement but nothing ever changed. Gorgeous presentation, BUT the smell! :(It all came in such a beautifully and personally prepared and perfect package. Absolutely blown away by the whole process; the order, the personal colourist, the precise and very carefully color mixture, the charts, direction, etc....but when I opened the bottles and started to make the mix, the smell was beyond anything I had ever encountered. The ammonia, yikes. Not good, not healthy. When I wrote the E alone Care Team Member was kind enough to quickly respond with: "The odor is caused by an ingredient in your permanent color called ammonium hydroxide, which is a solution of ammonia in water. It allows your hair follicles to totally absorb the dye, so you can fully penetrate your hair with color and get total coverage that’s long lasting. While it has a strong smell, we believe it is a safer and a much more effective choice than other color substitutes out there used by other color companies. When I color my hair, I like to apply it in a well-ventilated room with windows or doors open to ventilate the area. I find it really helps with the strong smell." This was information from the e salon help line. I could feel and taste the smell on my tongue, it was so extreme. I am so bummed out for this. Best product out there!I love this color kit! I have always paid over $100 to get my hair done every 6 weeks. Since finding this color kit, I only go to the salon about twice a year to get my highlights touched up and a fresh trim.
