Sehr schöne FarbeEine sehr gute Farbwahl wurde getroffen. Ich bin begeistert. Und es ist reichlich Farbe vorhanden trotz langem Haar. Früher hatte ich das Problem das mein grauer Ansatz immer heller blieb, egal wieviel Farbe ich drauf machte. Jetzt allerdings schaut es der Ansatz genauso aus wie die Längen, alles die gleiche Farbe. DANKE! Einziges Manko es riecht beim auftragen ziemlich nach Ammoniak. Mir blieb fast die Luft weg. Ich denke das könnte man noch etwas verbessern. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. GoodThe color was good. It colored all of my hair, which is saying a lot because I have really long hair and usually have to buy 2 boxes of store bought color. I’m in love with my personalized box, BUT, first-time around, my ‘SHAKE, BAKE & TAKE’, did NOT do my gray roots very well, and/or, had lacked in all-over richness, dimension and coverage. Your Customer Service Rep, (Johnny), and/or, one of your ‘Color Doctors’, (Jennifer), were just ABSOLUTELY AWESOME in following up with me, with such a HUGE SENSE OF URGENCY in such an EXCELLENT and TIMELY MANNER, and PATIENTLY EXPLAINING and providing me with all the alternative ways to resolve my questions and concerns !!... I LOUDLY APPLAUD and appreciate YOU - Thank you for the FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE; Couldn’t believe some of the website consumer reviews, until experiencing it for myself - WOW !!! ...It’s so refreshing to witness your optimal turn-around time and expertise in customer satisfaction... Not too many corporate businesses out there anymore with such precision in making people feel highly satisfied and KEEPING them happy ! In rare cases, one can develop sensitivity to hair color over time. This is why eSalon recommends performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. When you initially informed us of your reaction and dissatisfaction regarding your color, we refunded you for your most recent color. Again, we apologize that you were unhappy with your experience. |
