Wow aewsomeI cannot say how happy I am about how my color came out.i was very sskeptical at first especially because I am a natural redhead, so getting color that looks natural is extremely hard and for a salon that does it via the internet. Wow I love it so very much. I was so scaredthat it would come out more brown than red butnope it came out a beautiful red. Thank you so very much. I am so glad I found you since with having such long hair it is well over $250.00 Easy in a salon to do my hair color and then to do that every 5 weeks.. Trato excelente, tinte y kit de buena calidad pero...Aunque no me gustó el color contacté y me reemplazaron, aunque no me llegó el reemplazo contacté y me remplazaron. Todo lo que es atención al cliente excelente... En cuanto al tinte.... pues es de buena calidad, deja el pelo bien, sin quemarlo y el kit viene muy completo. En cuanto a lo que debería ser un color exacto, deja mucho que desear, tenia el peli casi rubio, por lo que pasarlo a castaño con mucho morado (como anunciaba el color) debía ser fácil, pues no. El primer tinte me dejo el pelo practicamente negro sin ni un solo tono de lila. El reemplazo, ya con una botella de lila a parte si, algo hizo, pero a los 4 lavados ya es cualquier cosa menos lo que pedia. Do not sign upI do not like any of the color and I always had long hair and they don't sent enough color also I have been trying for 5 months to cancel my account and the don't give you that Option. I have been skipping the order every month and the still have billed me and not sent the stuff. I have called them and no answer about 10 time also email them 10 time a month no one emailed me back I have tried to delete my credit card information and my information. But it will not let me unless I put another card I and and they're not giving you a choice once you sign up for it you get one on mackley every month they take it out of your card But whether you get in and not they donot tell you all this when you sign up I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy it does not cover the Gray it does not work well is cheaper to go to a salon at least I know it's gonna work or to go to the store and buy the best brand they have because even buying 2 boxes for long hair it cheaper and works better and when you want to change the color you can with out any problem. I told them about 3 time I want to change my color and they do nothing like I never sent any thing about it I never been able to use it and it cover my gray for more than a week. I bet they don't put this on the review because they don't want people to know the truth that they will steal your money and there product are no good 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Very Happy with the results!!I didn't know what to expect. I was just hoping the color would not be totally off. I sent two pictures of myself and the results were right on. They matched my color perfect. I'm so happy. I know it will take time to get use to doing it on my own down. Im use to going to a salon.
