confused with optionsGreetings I was befuddled to receive 2 different colors in the box (remember I am a layman not a salon worker) The first was for the roots which matched my natural color-which i havn't been since I was in high school, Im 51; then, there was a more coppery tone to wash thru the length of hair. In the esalon defense a color chart was supplied to recognize the difference but why would I use two different colors? Anyway I used the 1st color, my more natural root color and brought that thru my hair which is a lovely tone however not the color I was hoping for. BegeistertLange habe ich gesucht nach dem perfekten Rot. Ich war sehr skeptisch am Anfang ob es mir gefallen wird von blond auf rot ist ein krasser Schritt zumal ich vor drei Jahren schon rot hatte aber noch nie so einen wunderschönen tollen und lebendigen Ton wie von euch! Echt klasse Farbe. Was ich außerdem sehr loben muss ist die Verpackung…so liebevoll, schick und personalisiert ein echter Hingucker und zauberte mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht.
