The red color, only took to my roots....The rest of my hair is total Black...very disappointing! At this point I'll have to cancel my account & get my hair done by the professionals. So upsetting...:(. I was so excited to get a new color & it was perfect timing, seeing February is Love month...It's all about Red! I have ordered several times before & was very impressed with the color outcomes...but today, not so much! Update as of October 22, 2019, I received the color replacement...& the same exact thing happened! The red color only took to my roots! The rest of my hair is black!
