Love the process working with the colorist perfecting my colorThis is my second set, I requested that Danielle add more brown to the end color. She did exactly what I asked for and toned down the copper. It's looks great! I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Good but not exactly rightThe color was a little dull and I had some hair fall out. ESalon did give a courtesy to try a second time. Instructions very straight forward but color was unevenI loved the box with clear instructions and tools. Unfortunately , although I made sure to cover my entire head, roots to end, the color looks uneven.
