BadI called up explaining the desired colour even written clearly I wanted to achieved ash brown. I ended up waited for almost a week. Wasted my time and effort... I was shipped dark brown when I clearly explained. I need a refund asap. Really disappointed and I thought to call and check yet bad customer service. If you can’t achieved, it’s best to get in touch with your client not making own decision. I paid and its called custom made. I never selected dark brown!!!!! Better than I ever imagined.I initially tried eSalon as I needed an alternative to spending horrific amounts of money at the hairdressers. The first time I used it I was so nervous, but I took my time and the results were exactly what I wanted. I have now been using it for about 6 months and can easily get it done in an hour. I will never use anything else! The product covers greys amazingly well which lasts! It is also so easy to change the colour if you want a change.
