Best color I’ve usedThe product comes very attractively and thoughtfully packaged. Color comes out true to my request. Choice of colorThey reviewed information and the picture that I had provided, the color I wanted was in their opinion not the best choice. They sent me a color which they felt would be suit. I liked the color, but it straighten my curls ...I really loved the way it arrived with the instructions and everything. I also liked the color, however I got sad because it straighten my curls in some areas and I'm all about my curls. Also I notice that the color didn't last long on my grays. I will give it another try because next time will be a retouch of roots. But I'm truly sad about my curls.
