nolonger brassyMy hair is always brassy after I color it and I hate that. I let the colorist know this was a problem and with the color they made for me my hair is not brassy at all. Furious with results😡I ordered ash blonde to do my roots and it turned my hair red, 😡😡😡😡 I’m very upset with the results, it also dyed all my highlights red. 😡😡😡 I always use an ash blonde color and never had this happen. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Hair Flashes Red and Customer Service is HorribleI've worked with them stylists to try to fix my hair color during an extended period of time and it hasn't worked through the last hair colorings. They won't credit me back shipping since I don't want the hair color and want it returned but they won't do it because it's policy. I'm returning back the additional order they've shipped out to me. But I lost the shipping cost on that as well. They could credit me back for the last hair color treatment since they say they offer 100% satisfaction guarantee but they never offered it when I was on the phone with them. I can't talk to them anymore because my blood pressure is worth more to me than arguing with them.
