Not enough Color for LONG hairI did not end up using this product. I feel I was ripped off. I indicated in my initial account set up that I have very long hair (21 inches root to tip to be exact). I received 1 bottle for my roots/re-growth (only 1 inch of my hair) and the second bottle is supposed to do the remaining 20 inches of hair. I know this will not be a sufficient amount of color as I have used 2+ boxes of color to do my whole head in the past and my current hair dresser uses 2.5x the amount of color she usually does for my head. I have tried to contact customer service/my colorist to see about getting a 2nd bottle of color for my ends with no success. The website is not user friendly and it is difficult to find answers (eg. will I receive enough color to color my whole head. As of right now I am cancelling my subscription. Hair colorLove, Love this new color for me. It's very pretty on me. Thank you eSalon for the custom color.... Almost perfect!I’ve been using boxed hair dye for 13 years, since I was 16. I’ve tried every brand on the market. Decided to give eSalon a try when I saw the ad on Instagram. I am so happy that I did! The formula is thick and creamy and has a very mild smell, unlike the box dyes. My hair has never been shinier and softer after dying my hair at home! I’ve already had so many compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looks the day after dying it! The only negative I have is that the colour did come out slightly warmer than I had hoped, but I am able to message my stylist and they can adjust my next formula, so hopefully my next order will be a little less warm.
