My custom haircolorOne word to describe my first experience.......Amazing!! I was skeptical of the color at first, thinking it would be too dark, but it turned out more perfect than I could've even asked for! I loved the way it took years off my age and looked like my original hair color always did when I was much younger. And the way my hair felt to the touch, even weeks afterward, was beautiful! Soft and silky to touch, not dried out at all. In fact, I believe my hair is healthier now than it was prior to my coloring it with this product! I am more than happy to share my secret (e salon) with everyone I meet, and have given my link out to all my friends and family members so they can enjoy the benefits , as well! Best at home hair color - I have natural red hair (medium auburn)I do not write reviews. This may be my first ever. I have natural red hair which is very hard to match up. It took me years to find a stylist that was finally able to color my hair red and not brown. Going to the salon every month costs a fortune. My first time using eSalon it was an exact match to my natural red hair color. They provide you everything you need. At the beginning of summer, I had a Brazilian Straightener on my hair. I received an email from eSalon letting me know they were about to mix my color for the next shipment. I emailed them to let them know of the Straightener and they replied ASAP and customized my color to ensure the straightener was not affected. Good advice and faultless colour-matchingIn my youth I had dark brown hair. My eyebrows are still dark and I presumed that, in my 50s, and wanting to cover grey, I should still be as dark. I gave all my details and uploaded a couple of photos and put myself in the colourists' hands. The shade they come up with was perfect - very natural and flattering.
