Love it already.I love the simplicity of this. The packaging is awesome and laid out well. The product is easy to use. Other products have burned my scalp but I am thrilled to say that I had absolutely had no adverse reaction at all. The color is perfect and gave much better coverage than my previous brand. personalized serviceI got 2 color boxes and didn't use them. I thought I could just combine the color boxes and have enough for ends and roots. Checked with the customer service people and next color set I got had 1 color part for ends and 1 color part for roots. Perfect match!I’m jut blown away by not only the quality of the products/packaging but more importantly the results. I did a root touch up of a grey skunk hairline. I had previous highlights and most recently a drugstore touch up. The drugstore kits always had me ending up way darker than I wanted or too light with a tinted but not quite gone covered skunk stripe. This absolutely had me feeling like I just left the salon. DisappointedThis was my second order, which was supposed to be reformulated for better grey coverage. I assumed it was the same color however, it was much darker after applied.
