Color Set und Shampoo - Großes Lob an das TeamDas beste Color Set, dass ich je hatte!! Sehr gut zum auftragen, kein brennen oder jucken der Kopfhaut. Ich färbe momentan nur den Ansatz und die Farbe ist hervorragend vom Coloristen gemacht bzw. entschieden worden. Die Ansatzfärberei sieht man überhaupt nicht. Ganz toll!! Das Shampoo Pröbchen „Classic“ ist auch ein Traum. So geschmeidige Haare habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gehabt. Das Shampoo habe ich mir auch gleich bestellt. Großes Lob auch an das Team. Wenn man ein Anliegen hat, dann werden Fragen schnellstmöglich beantwortet. Das Team ist immer höflich und freundlich und versucht sofort einem zu helfen. Need practice and adjustmentsI’m happy with this product. I wish it smelled better. I believe some of what I’m not happy with was user error. I’ve never dealt with 2 different colors at the same time before. Could not figure out how to pin up the hair I colored first on my roots without getting that color on my ends. In all now that it’s finished and dry it might have been a better overall color had I not worried about that so much. Do not buyThis product severely damaged my hair. I have been treating my hair for years and never have I ever used a product that caused so much damage. My hair is falling out and feels so dry and damaged after using. The dye itself is waxy and is very hard to wash out, the color does not stick it fades out fast. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Shine better than ANY hair salon!I tried E-Salon several months ago and was amazed with the results -incredible shine and lasting colour! I tried a salon colour 2 months ago ( I wanted to be pampered ) but it doesn’t come close to E-Salon’s shine and feel of my hair, not to mention the cost is a fraction of the salon price!
