So pleased!First time colouring my hair so it was utter carnage but my colour turned out great! I love it! My greys are gone and I feel like myself again, despite now having dyed my bathroom carpet and my middle toe (!?) I love the fact that I had 2 bottles as I have a lot of hair. Shiny HairColor results were very good, my hair was shiny as I'd hoped. Product had a pleasant smell with no residue odor as with other store bought products. Fantastic customer serviceThe first colour was sadly far darker than what I expected, I emailed the company and they recommended some products to remove the colour, I did and then sent them pictures, I received a phone call from a colourist asking specifically what my goals were and was sent not 1 but 2 bottles of dye completely free, and I love my colour now! They handled my complaint so well and that can not be faulted. Meine HaarfarbeWar total überrascht, von dem schönen Ergebniss. Leider dauert Lieferung sehr lange. Am 21.8 wurde die Farbe verschickt, am 31.8 immer noch nicht da. Hätte gern vor dem Urlaub die Farbe erneuert. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

Greys are still lightMy greys are very light and it doesn't look good. That was my concern to cover from the beginning. The color is darker on the other hair as they were before.
