LOVE MY COLOR!!!I have long, thick, dry, frizzy, coarse red hair, which is very difficult to color, because it's the least porous hair, therefore, coloring it DOES NOT last! No matter what I did, how often I cut it, condition it with every wash, going to salon after salon or bought something from the store and doing it myself. Two months later, the color was gone, so I was just wasting my money! For the longest time, I had been reading about eSalon, debating over whether or not to try them. VERY glad I did!!! Not only does the color last(at least 5-6 months!), but it is a lot closer to my natural hair color(copper), and doesn't turn out burgundy, like all the other times I've had it colored! Love the product hate the packingBeen using the product for over a year and I love it. The kit is nice with the gloves, stain barrier and stain remover. The product works better than store bought color and comes in generous amounts. What I hate is the wastefulness of the packing. Each comes in a box with the bottles in molded plastic inside. If you have the end refresher kit it’s times 2. The molded plastic is bigger than it needs to be, possible not needed, adding waste and cost to the packing. Shipping used to be free for all orders now it’s not. If the company reduced its packing costs and helped the environment at the same time it would likely save on shipping. not cover greyNot really happy, the color was too dark (black) instead what i requested and doesn't cover well the grey hair after 2 days i have visible grey hair again,I followed all the instructions even the second order I keep it to give a second chance but was the same. El pedido no ha llegado.Realice un pedido el día 30 de julio y aún sigo esperando a que llegue. Creo que todo es un fraude para engañar a la gente y se abonen a sus planes mensuales.Despues de casi un mes y tres reclamaciones ha llegado y me lo he aplicado y un DESASTRE ,me ha oscurecido la menos dos tonos y para nada cobrizo. He sido peluquera 18 años y está claro que ni con los datos que os he dado,fotos y dejar claro que tengo 0 canas habéis dado con el tono. Un desastre. Don’t waste your moneyThis color didn’t last at all. After coloring my hair I washed it very well. For an entire week afterwards, whenever I would wet my hair or wash it, color would start dripping off. It’s a good thing it doesn’t rain too often where I live 🤦🏻♀️ All of it was faded within 2 weeks even using color safe shampoo etc and only washing 2-3 times per week. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
