This was the first time I have tried the custom color. Wow, what a difference it made. My hair has stayed shinny, no lose of luster. I am waiting on my next shipment. Will continue with this. My boyfriend did it for me, easy and no mess.

Love my color, it reminds me of my original color but better! My hair feels healthy and conditioned...not dry or brittle.

I find the coloring leaves my hair in much better condition than previous drugstore colors I have used. The color adjustment was as I asked! Now I need it brighter, so will request that.

My hair is fine and I use the semi permanent color. It lasts a LONG time in my hair, way more than 28 shampoos. The color is always what I ask for!

I love it being shipped right to my home and I no longer have to go out and search for product at a store that is out of my color. My hair looks "marvelous"!
