My hair looks and feels amazing!This is my first time using esalon and I’m so impressed! I’ve used color from the local beauty supply store and had mediocre results. But the color I got from esalon is gorgeous and my hair feels amazing. It really does produce salon quality results. I do have to say that this color turned out darker than I expected but I still love it and I was coloring over red. The red is pretty much gone so I’m very happy. Exact match and SO soft!Used the color for the first time today and I’m over the moon! My hair feels thicker and is softer than before I dyed it. Not SatisfiedThe kit arrived and it was amazing. The color seemed perfect and the instructions very clear. I followed the instructions and had no problem. Hair colorGood on hair color and ease. Highlighter? Nightmare!! They make it look soooo easy. Just about ruined my shower stall at home after rinsing high lighter. Still scrubbing. Shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling heavy. Just never got around to posting a review. I watched video on high lights, et all and know for a fact that person was experienced and had help if needed. Well, we all do not have that luxury. More gold than ashMy hair is a little softer using this kit, but the color overall was way more golden than I wanted and the kit was over packaged and wasteful. I already have what I need for coloring at home. Maybe put an option for full kit or color and developer only? I understand that you want to protect the content of the package during shipping, but the box could easily be half the size and there's hardly any need for all the plastic anymore, look at what Lush has done!
