Doesn’t cover my graysFollowed the directions and my grays are just tinted. I thought I wasn’t supposed to pay for it if I was unsatisfied. After discussing issues with my colorist, I ordered 2 more times (none free) and still didn’t get the desired results. No money back or anything. I loved the whole presentation of the product..classy...but..Instead of waiting for my confirmation answer...they sent me the product...it did not give me the all over color I desired...or much gray coverage.
