Color way offAsked for an Irish red (dark copper) did not over process, did not color ends, only rinse and came out with dark brown and black on the ends. Not at all what I wanted. LOVE ITPOSTED ON FACEBOOK 7/1/19 Colleen Gray LaClair 3 mins · eSalon · Just colored my hair for 2nd time using a WONDERFUL product FROM ESALON.COM. I did adjust 1) time between (because the 1st color lasted longer due to using their Classic Color Care Shampoo & Volume Color Care Conditioner - well worth the cost!!! before within a week or two of coloring with store kits or even at a great salon my hair felt dry and I was using a very expensive over the counter conditioner!! and 2) the color - admittedly sending my younger photo and present day photo they thought it best to start with more of a strawberry blonde on the first kit. I did like it very much but still wanted something a little more RED like my youth so I asked them to make it a little darker. So changed it to less blonde with a copper mahogany added.
