the color was perfect, long lasting... my hair smelled wonderful and it lasted as long as it said it was going to! My personal colorist was easy to communicate with through email too! I was really nervous about this at first - but the finished product was amazing

Hands Down Best DIY Color Ever

Even my stylist at a high-end salon was impressed with my first eSalon custom color results. Switched from John Freida because it became too hard to find, but eSalon looks natural with great grey coverage from day one. No waiting for the hue to tone down. Also has great depth and truly lasts an entire 6 weeks without fading. (I use Living Proof shampoo for color treated hair. I believe that helps.)

Unlike store bought color - the color stays true between, also. I don't have the brassiness that would show up as soon as I went in the sun. Very happy with this product.

have loved this product since the first time i used it. Love the way i can get the color adjusted when i want, and the colorists seem to know from my description just what I am looking for. My most recent color was great!!! And i am coloring over mostly grey hair!!

The color was and is perfect! I selected what I thought was good, but the colorist suggested a different color. I went with it and couldn't be happier. Now if e-salon could figure a way to incorporate highlights.
