ColorGood color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends. The Developer bottle was only 1/3 full.I remember having more developer in that 74ml bottle. in the past 3 or 4 years I have been using Esalon.I I received my replacement order last week and want to THANK Esalon for a speedy solution to my issue. Life the colorThe color quiz was so easy and they were able to match my color spot on. The first dye set I got was Demi permanent per their request. Unfortunately Demi permanent doesn’t stay in my hair how it’s supposed to. A majority of It washed out by the second wash, however the rinse tint worked so well to add more color pigment to my hair. The second set of dye I got was permanent and it has stayed soooo well and looks beautiful as ever. I love that the dye doesn’t ruin your hair and isn’t harsh on your hair. It feels like it has products in it to protect your hair and make it shiny as well. I highly recommend this product and company. To long of a shipping process and wrong color.I waited so long for this to get here I think it took 5 or 6 weeks to here and by the it got here I had already colored my hair. I had to wait a month but I got sick so it was delayed again. So I finally tried it and I was so disappointed.There was no no light copper that I wanted. I sent a photo of my hair clearly showing the color that I wanted and picked it out of you color chart and even told you to make a little redder. I texted you he informed you what had happen and all you said was I'll send you a free shipment of it. I stated that I didn't want it because it was the wrong color only for them to come back with the same answer. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said someone would be calling me soon.
