Far too darkThe colour saya light brown pearl mahogany. It is more of a dark plum colour. The colour i was aiming for was light brown with a rose gold colour. Its dark brown with a plum colour. Not what i expected hoping it will fade or gotta try and figure out how to lighten it. Went from mid/dark blonde to dark plum. Amazing Color!I've been an eSalon customer for years and have requested a few color changes over the years. I am so impressed with all of the colorists! Every time I call and express the color/look I'm trying to achieve, they just get it and they have patiently answered all of my neurotic questions hahaha..... The last color change I received was exactly what I had in my head and turned out beautiful and vibrant. Everyone from the customer service, colorists and shipping departments have always been stellar in their customer service.....friendly, professional and accommodating.
