Finally got right colorHad to tweak color one time. But now it's ok. Still harder to get color to take on temples. Try to do those first so is on longer. Only have one thing that is a problem. My hair is dry after coloring, shampooing and conditioning wth eSalon's products. natural redhead lookI wanted to get hint of copper like it was on the picture. I got natural redhead looking color, what actually looks very ugly. Package, quality of the color (makes hair soft and shiny) and everything else was looking professional and good.. just color is very off :( i would say that for sure get this color but talk to their color experts. edit: i really hate the color. but mys husband says it's ok. I'm sorry that I believed that this could work for me.First off, it was difficult for me to do my hair alone. If having to deal with 2 steps wasn't enough, the color on my roots came out a lighter red color, so I am disappointed that I trusted this to work for me. I thought that I was saving money by getting your product but didn't realize that is would be so complicated to put on my hair. Perfect colour and excellent staying powerI’m so so happy with the colours I have had. My first I chose a dark brown however once I’d done the colour I realised I didn’t want it quite so dark. I emailed the colourist and asked for a more golden brown colour and they adjusted my colour immediately and shipped this with my next order with updated instructions on what to do and not do to achieve the colour I wanted. LOVE IT!!As a hair-color user for 20 years now, I have tried it all. Sadly. I found this product in 2017 and I love it. It also comes personalized with my name, OHara, and that alone is a reason I love the service. I upload hair pics and adjust my color as needed. Matched perfect!I had been using color from a professional salon store but the people who work there just push the sale that month. So I came to eSalon. They match the color for my roots perfectly to what I love. I also got color refresher for my ends since red fades. Well the red from eSalon does not fade like the product I was using.
