Love the color. Love the quality. The smell though . . . phew!It's a great color. I love that it's adjusted for my individual taste. It doesn't dry out my hair or make it feel stiff. First time customerI'm extremely pleased with how my hair turned out. The color was the perfect shade of brown, not to dark with other products I used in the past. First time dying my hair by myself*I was too nervous to try, and kept putting it off. Finally, my roots got too long and I opened the box. Everything was neatly packed and easy to read. I appreciated the sticker for the instructions, to stick to my mirror. Every step was straight forward, and I was probably a bit conservative on using the product on my roots, more on that later. My husband had to help me while I was trying to do the back of my head. All in all, application was easy enough. When I took the product into the shower, things got a little difficult. I found it very hard to breathe while doing the final steps. This is likely because my shower is glassed in, no curtain to let fumes out. I plan to try another shower next time. Once washed and dried, I couldn't believe how good my hair looked. I showed it off for the next couple days...until the grey patch reappeared. Right at the front of my head where I usually have my part, it seems the colour washed right out of the area.
