Absolutely covered the impossible Grey!!It actually covered the grey!! I have at least 50% grey to cover and like to be a med brunette, not too dark not to ash not too icky. The color they mixed for me was a great natural brown and I got no weird stripe, no off color or too black, or that weird red cast I usually get when I color my grey, with them it blended Perfectly! ( how they managed that is astounding ) l have seriously paid numerous salons and not gotten the results on that white grey stripe and back of my head, I got with e salons.!! Excellent custom color experienceI used my custom color for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The color turned out beautiful! I was pleasantly amazed that there was no harsh odor that you get from the store-purchased hair coloring products. I threw out all drugstore, boxed haircolor I had. I'm a Believer Now!I am so thrilled with my very first experience with eSalon! My custom color was odorless, and there was zero damage. My husband applied the color, and the step-by-step instructions enabled even an untrained person like him (he's a computer systems engineer) to apply it like a seasoned pro. The supplies were easy to use, and the instructions were easy to follow. The professional tips portion gave me stunning color with gorgeous subtle shimmering mahogany highlights throughout. The color is even, with no splotchiness, and the shampoo and conditioner left my hair shiny, soft, and easily detangled, with no knots or tugging. I am telling everyone I know about eSalon!
