My hair turned pink - HorribleHorrible. The stylist Sabrina changed my formula without asking and sent me a color end refresher. It was a completely different formula than what I was using. The formula I used previously was the color I wanted. I asked for more color as my hair did not get a complete application the first time around. Very sad.I was very excited for my kit to come in the mail. Followed the instructions to a T, and there is barely any change in color. Hair is soft from shampoo and conditioner though. Terrible colorI loved this company at first. I was so excited to have a custom hair color delivered to my door for a reasonable price. The process was easy with no trip to the salon necessary. With that being said the products are not consistent. The first few colors were spot on then they kept going down hill.
