It's gentle but doesn't take forever like an organic color would. It covers the thick gray hair mixed in with my dark brown and everyone comments on how shiny my hair is. It is so easy to use, I love it. I've recommended it to my friends and may are now converts!

I can honestly say that I have surprised several hair stylists that didn't know I colored my hair. That is how great eSalon hair coloring has been. The stylists have all said that it is so hard to find a good red hair color. I receive compliments from strangers on a regular basis of how they love my hair color. The color and shine last a long time. Not hard to use. You get all you need gloves, shampo, conditioner, color remover, and the last one I can't remember the name but it keep the color off your face. Comes to the door. What more can you ask.
