Reddish color instead of beige blondeSorry to say your product is not for me. I was disappointed in the formulation as the color is more reddish than ash/ beige blonde.I think I’ll stick with brands that have worked in the past for me. Also after coloring , my hair felt sticky and heavy. I rewashed with the extra shampoo I purchased. I would like to stop receiving your product and be removed from this program of automatic shipping. Love this color formulation (2 treatments)I was very specific in the color I wanted and I have gray hair that is in one specific spot while the rest of my hair is dark brown. They sent me two formulas for one color treatment, one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair.
