Pleasantly surprised!The care and thoughtfulness that went into this packing made me feel very special. They gave me all supplies needed and the instructions were great. My colorThis is the first time that I've used this product and I have been coloring my hair for a long time. At first I was skeptical and I thought what well I'm going to go ahead and do it and come to find out that this was the most satisfying excellent color I ever had I can go into a store and buy some and I won't get what I want but here with the color specialist helping me and everything this was fantastic my advice to anyone that colors their hair do this it is well worth it and they make it so easy for you and ordering it to putting it on your own hair it is awesome!!! Pleasantly surprisedI was a little skeptical at first about ordering color online, sight unseen. I hadn't colored in many years choosing to "embrace my gray" but got tired of looking worn out. I am naturally dark brown so that's what I chose to stay with. I have to say that the color was spot on...and really impressed me. My hair got so dark .Hi. I wanted to go lighter ( I was medium brown originally) . My box arrived last night and I was so excited to go lighter . I don’t my hair late last ( as instructed 30 mins ) and when I went to work and we were out to lunch I noticed my hair was darker and my staff noticed it too. Help!!
