I like it a lot but I might be allergic to it.I only gave it four stars because as much as I like it I think I had an allergic reaction to it. My scalp, ears and neck are really red, itchy and it hurts. I did not have a reaction until I was rinsing it. The colour was really pretty and very easy to apply. Definitely Noticeable DifferenceThe new color was definitely NOT as black as the previous one. It covered what it needed to and looked more reddish than black. Did not cover rootsThe color was darker than I expected but the wirat part was it did not cover my roots or my spotty gray. Will not continue. Plus used shampoo but one day later hair was dirty. I usually wash every third day. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |

I wanted to love this...I really wanted to love this product. I've been dying my hair for a long time and have used all sorts of products (both at home and at the salon) and how cool is was to find a service that just sends it to you when you need it. The website, the packaging, the staff, are all awesome! I was so excited. But the product itself - the hair dye - didn't work out for me. It all went on normally and seemed good, but when it came to rinsing it out after the allotted 30 min, the dye itself became very grainy and the residue was very hard to get out of my hair. I've never experienced that before. I was in the shower for literally 45 min. trying to get it to wash out. The shampoo that came with the kit didn't get it out at all. It made my hair straw-like and I ended up having to wash with my normal shampoo to get it out. After it was out, it was fine, but I don't think I will use it again. So sad...
