Customer serviceI received the incorrect color, therefore i called esalon. i was instructed to leave a message. Nobody has yet to return my call. I called esalon again today and was instructed to leave a message and someone will return my call. I will try again. (As far as the product is concerned, I've used the color before and liked it. it didnt actually change colour !!I followed the instructions to the letter and the timings as my partner will verify, it only changed a tiny segment of root and did not change anywhere else so I was left with two tone hair. very disappointed. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Love itI couldn’t recommend this enough- the box it comes in is lovely, it is SO easy to apply and the results are fantastic- I’ve had so many complements on my colour.
