Horrified at my dark locks.Under the recommendation from my friend, I was interested to try Esalon out but am horrified that I have gone from a warm rose gold to a flat dark brown, with uneven tones. Although delivery was speedy from the USA to England. I cannot say that will be recommending Esalon to my friends & family. I now have an appoint with a colourist to see if she can salvage my colour. God only knows how much this will cost to put straight. As for Esalon’s “100% guarantee or its on us”, I can’t see how to complain & judging by all the negative reviews online, I will have to put this down to a hard & expensive lesson as I should have done more research prior to ordering from Esalon. Expert color adviceInitially I chose a color that I thought would match my roots. The colorist suggested a lighter shade of brunette and a good thing too! The suggested shade matched my roots perfectly and blended nicely with my highlights. I found the mixed application easy to apply although it did take a little practice, this mostly because of the length of my hair and not due to the method of application needed for coverage. 12 sur 13 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Hair color looks amazing!I had highlights in my medium brown hair. I decided to go darker with reddish/mahogany tones and looks awesome! I’m getting so many compliments. The color is richer and compliments my face. I have black eyebrows and pale skin! I love it! I will most definitely use esalon again! Thank you for my amazing transformation!
