No gray coverageJust like the store bought or salon color....this one did not cover the gray but just made it brassy looking...I did explain this problem up front before ordering, and followed the instructions to the letter....but the result was just as disappointing as the rest 1 sur 1 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Still not the color I am afterThis is the 2nd time I am trying to get my hair to a medium blond. My instructions are to color my roots with the 1st bottle for 30 min., and then use the 2nd bottle on the length for 10 min. The roots are darker, it’s been over a week, and the root color is starting to lighten up a little, so it’s not as noticeable, but I wasn’t very happy.
