Not the color I wantedNot the strawberry blonde I had hoped for. Very little change at all in my hair color from what it was prior to coloring. Pros and consIt’s definitely cheaper than a salon, but I usually buy box dye from the store and color my hair myself. This treatment left my hair in hard clumps while coloring. I figured no problem that it will just wash out. Nope! Even while washing, my hair still stayed in clumps. I had to wash and conditioner it twice just to break up the clumps. My hair is definitely not soft anymore. Maybe after a few more washes it will be okay. I had reddish brown colored hair prior to treatment, and I was trying to aim for a medium brown. I got a reddish medium brown. It’s not bad, but I was hoping to get rid of the red, but maybe I would have had to strip it first. My hair holds red really well. They sent me two bottles, but I only needed one bottle. My hair is long but fine. I will use the second bottle later and decide then if I will repurchase. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Waxy mess!I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. My hair was a waxy mess even with following the instructions exactly. I couldn’t get a comb through easily, couldn’t blow dry my hair and it kept leaving the waxy residue on my hands. I seriously had to wash my hair 8 times to get the gunk out. I still had residue but it was manageable. I’ve been dying and getting my hair dyed for 25 yrs and have never had this experience. Never again!! 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Simply brilliant!!My order arrived very promptly, in a lovely personalised box , I found the product easy to use ,the brush and gloves were a fantastic addition and also the gel to prevent stains and stain removal cloth were a lovely touch too.. The shampoo and conditioner were lovely, not too rich or heavy , they really did leave my hair feeling luxurious and not at all like I'd just put a permanent hair colour on , no course , scraggly hair at all. The colour was beautiful, although a bit darker than I wanted but I'm sure itll be sorted. So all in all , I'm very happy , while more expensive than a shop bought box colour I found it more professional and my hair was just gorgeous after using. Covered grays and blended well with overall hairmy hair is thin and fine and is mostly gray/white. The ash blond color looks natural and is easy to do. It doesn't smell bad and feels good while on. It also seems to be staying in well and not washing out easily.
