#esalon The color was spot onI will be a repeat buyer and want to know if you keep my info from on file since I will be buying those colors again. I am in utter shock over how well my hair color came out. I used to go to a salon but had to paid $80-100 to get it colored. Loved the strand test but did not like the complete turn out.When I did the strand test everything looked great and I thought I would enjoy it but upon completion, I was not in love with the look. Not at all what I wantedWhen I selected a color, I expected red undertones but my hair is basically maroon and I followed the directions exactly. I would never trust this company again with hair color. The color I got was precisely what I DID NOT want. I am incredibly disappointed. I had to run out and buy other dye to fix it. Hard to wash outProduct when rinsing seemed to turn to jelly / fat in my hair I felt like I was trying to rinse butter out with cold water I used 1/2 bottle shampoo to get the goo out and lost a large amount of hair 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Et vous ? |
