great true to color I like!! : ()the color was so true to my own when I was younger. I have tried a different color and they sent me one that was way too dark now I have to wait till this one fades out. my hair is 50 % grey I only want to blend the grey, I used your product and weaved the color in and results are wonderful I loved it!! Happy hair!First off, there is a little bit of a learning curve. The first color that I picked didn't turn out anything like the picture that represents it. So my suggestion would be to definitely upload pictures and include a message with exactly what color it is that you are looking to achieve. With that said, after my first try coming out too dark, I called customer service and they did everything they could to fix the problem. After sending pics and consulting over the phone with the colorist, some adjustments were made and my color is perfect! I also love that it doesn't dry out my hair like other dyes that I have used. Colored my endsI like the color. However, I applied it all over rather than just touching up my roots. Now my ends are darker. I failed to go on to the website to read the specifics of application. I assume it would be indicated in the package that was mailed to me. Now the golden tips I organically did, with my first application are gone. What should I do next? Love the color not the shampoo & conditionerI have had my hair done from a box off the shelf to buying it from a beauty supply to getting it professionally done. I have a lot of grey and the color they matched me with looks awesome even better than when I have had my hair done at the salon. But I only did my roots and after using the shampoo and conditioner there was a buildup on my hair that I had to use my regular shampoo and conditioner the next day to get it out. I don't usually wash my hair the day after I get it done but my hair felt horrible.
