ExcellentI was pleasantly surprised by the initial contact and follow- up. I found the process for choosing a colour very simple and appreciated the follow up text. The products arrived beautifully packed with easy to follow instructions clearly laid out. I did have a moment of panic wondering what I was doing using a hair colour from the internet and again when I saw dark brown streaks all along my forehead but these were easily removed by the products provided. I had stopped having my hair salon coloured because my hair had become very dry. I was delighted with these results. Not only was my hair colour perfect but the condition of my hair, using the products provided, was also excellent. My hair is coloured , moisturised and shiny. ColorGray is covered well, but the color on the gray lightens up really quickly and ends up being about a shade lighter then what's pictured. The parts of my hair that were colored (highlights & lowlights) in the salon stay pretty close to the color represented in eSalon's picture of 'dark blond.' Blends PerfectlyThis is my third time ordering my custom color. The first two times I colored my whole head, but this time was just roots. My golden red tones tend to fade faster than other colors so I was slightly worried that my roots would come out darker than my ends, but that wasn't the case at all!
