Too Dark!I want to change my custom color but seem to have lost my editing! Please change my color to make it lighter. it is much too dark (I'm 76.) Feels like wax in my hairI have been a loyal esalon user for years and have recommended the service to a lot of people- I loved it. The past year something changed in their product. Now it takes several shampoos to get the thick waxy like substance out of my hair- it feels awful. I'm not sure if esalon has changed suppliers or not, but if they did, they need to switch back. My sisters also use esalon and when I asked them if they noticed a change they did as well. The color is not the same either. It fades much faster.
