Great color, Thanks to the eSalon TeamThis was my first time using the eSalon custom color. What a great experience! Based on the notes and picture I provided, the eSalon Color Consultant suggested a lighter color that I selected; it was perfect. The personalized instructions were very helpful as were the videos. GRAY COVERAGESADLY, THIS COLOR IS NOT FOR ME AS IT DID NOT COVER MY GRAY, WHICH FOR ME IS THE WHOLE POINT. I HAVE HIGHLIGHTS DONE PROFESSIONALLY, BUT THIS COLOR FORMULA DOES NOT WORK TO KEEP THE ROOTS AND RESISTANT GRAY AT THE BACK UNDER CONTROL. First time buyerThis was my first time purchasing my own color set. I was very impressed with the packaging of my product, and the labels it made have a very personal feel as if I went to the salon and had a stylist getting ready to do my hair. The color was very nice. If I could change one thing and I will my next go around I would add a little more of the violet to my hair. I felt there wasn't enough to make it noticeable.
