Disappointed with outcomeThe color I was sent made my hair color darker than I requested and did not cover the greys. It was upsetting how dark the color came out. Nothing changed ;(I thought by sending pictures of before and after will help my stylist to help me achieve my color. Sadly, after all the hassle and struggle of application, I never had any changes whatsoever. Seems like i just took a bath and that's it which is sad as I've read a lot of good reviews.
