asking for color adjustmentI wanted to go a "shade" darker. Which to me was just a shade, as in a slight change. All the communication I received was, "your color has been adjusted". The shock to me was when I colored my hair and rinsing it out, I was not blonde anymore, but now a light/medium brown. There really is no communication. You ask for a color, you get it. I am not satisfiedI was disappointed with this color set. I even did not try highlights I ordered with this color. Color itself was good, my hair soft and shiny after coloring. But it did not cover my grays. Right after coloring I could see the difference between gray and not gray hair. Now, three weeks after coloring my grays don't keep color, not only grown roots, but all hair length. Probably will stop using using your products unless you have something more suitable for gray hair. Great colourClear instructions included in the kit, incorporating strand test and skin test instructions, good to know esalon are safety conscious. Easy to follow instructions for colouring hair plus everything provided e.g two pairs of gloves, stain remover and brush for application. The shampoo and conditioner smells lovely and really softens the hair. Really happy with the colour and that Paul tweaked it for me as the colour I had selected was too dark.
