Really really happyUsually I buy brand hair colours but I wanted to see how will this one will look. I was more than pleased with final result. Colour was nice, my hair was soft and even now after 2 weeks looks fresh. Delivery came very fast and it was easy to use it. Amazing Results to my kinky, coily natural hair from the very 1st applicationI'm very conscious of my hair care products after transitioning from harsh chemical relaxers and awful experiences of drugstore brand color enhancements that left me disappointed far too many times. I only color my hair 2-3xs annually. Yet, I've colored my hair for years sadly with less than satisfying results but now after discovering a hair color treatment which provides vibrant color, without drying my hair nor having an awful offensive odor during application is priceless. I've had salon treatments that have been costly &/or after spending hours to gain similar results. My eSalon color treatments have never altered the natural state my kinky, coily texture nor have it changed my natural curl pattern -which is awesome. I'm impressed and will continue to color my hair with eSalon products. The way my hair feels after color treatments are remarkable, it's soft and detangles with ease. I also used the leave-in conditioners, along with my personal favorites. I'm pleased with the personal consultant's feedback and I adore the quality of the packaging with the added touch of my very own name appearing on the labels. Loved the color but didn’t get 100 % gray coverageI really like the color selection we made for my hair and how it looks and also I am very impressed with the customer service at eSalon, however, I didn’t get 100% gray hair coverage, which is what I was really looking for and the reason I came to eSalon. When I told my colorist about the lack of gray coverage at my first application of the product, he immediately offered another kit with a modification at no additional cost. So I am please that they are trying to help me get the gray coverage I want and need. I won’t know until another 4 weeks when i try the modified product.
