Color Results not as expectedMy natural hair color went from healthy soft blond to full head of shockingly white. I wanted to add color back to soften the white to more of my natural color and sent a picture of my white hair. I used my custom esalon as instructed and it turned out pink. Wrong color did not color rootsThey mixed too much copper and the sample test did not change hair color at all especially to darkest roots. As good as or better than the salonI was really impressed with this product. I have had my hair colored both at home and in the salon. I have not had a time that my scalp didn't get irritated from the chemicals until I used eSalon Custom color set. I was also impressed that I didn't have the color on my scalp and face like I have had with even the salon. The skin protection really did its job. Great productI love the convenience of having it delivered. Always able to make slight changes in the color is a great plus.
