Wasnt the color I desiredI submitted the picture for the color I desired however it didnt turn out anywhere close and I followed the directions to a T. Color change flopI have had good results in the past with this company, except I never get enough conditioner for my hair length. This time I wanted to switch to a vibrant ginger for the fall/winter. I received two colors, one for my roots and one for my ends. The roots ended up a nice ginger color. However, the ends ended up almost black with a ginger tinge in certain light.
